This notice is maintained by RAFIQ Health and describes how the platform handles information today. It is not legal advice.
Information we process
RAFIQ Health processes claims, eligibility, clinical, and pharmacy data on behalf of contracted health plans and risk-bearing provider organizations under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We process this data solely to deliver the population health intelligence services contracted by each customer.
How we use information
Customer data is used to compute risk, cost, quality, and utilization analytics, to surface care gaps and high-risk members, and to support the workflows our customers configure. We do not sell customer data and we do not use it to train external models.
Access and retention
Customer data is access-scoped to that customer's authorized users and is retained for the duration of the customer agreement plus any contractually required period. Customers may request export or deletion of their data per their agreement.
Subprocessors
RAFIQ Health uses a limited number of vetted cloud and infrastructure subprocessors to host and operate the platform. A current list is available to customers on request.
